Room for rent

Im looking to rent a room out in my lovely flat. It would be preffered by girls I can imagine as the kitchen is very pink, and boys stuff just doesn't match it! Im looking for a young professional lady who is clean, reliable and friendly, and who also likes going out and girly nights in.
